Terms and Conditions for Order Processing
If you need assistance at any time, contact us.
Orders prepaid by credit card, debit card, or PayPal through BankPolicies.com are processed the day they are submitted. Orders requesting payment by Automated Clearing House (ACH) via invoice (available only to U.S. financial institution clients) are processed manually during our standard business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT, excluding holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail. To ensure delivery, please allow messages from service@bankpolicies.com through your spam filter. If you do not receive the confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
ACH invoice payments are available only to clients using a valid U.S. financial institution e-mail address and must be paid within 30 days to avoid a 25% late charge.
International clients and non-financial institution clients must be pre-paid by credit card, debit card, or PayPal before product delivery.
BankPolicies.com does not accept telephone orders. Please DO NOT e-mail credit or debit card information, as we do not accept payment through these methods.
Thank you for reading our Terms and Conditions.
