Human Resources General Policy
This Human Resources General Policy addresses the objectives, direction and expectations regarding the employment of human resources in a bank, credit union, fintech company, or other type of financial institution in order to provide all employees with a friendly, congenial work environment, and to hire, recruit, train and retain qualified and capable employees in a non-discriminatory work environment which is in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
