Regulation A Policy
This Regulation A Policy addresses how a bank, credit union, or other type of financial institution adheres to Regulation A – “Extensions of Credit by Federal Reserve Banks.” In general, Regulation A establishes rules under which a Federal Reserve Bank may extend credit to a bank and other depository institutions.
