Document Imaging Policy
This Document Imaging Policy is for a bank, credit union, fintech company, or other type of financial institution to supplement and expand upon the organization’s Information Systems Security (IT Security) Policy by outlining policies, procedures and processes regarding the use of a document imaging system. In general, a document imaging system converts paper documents to electronic files that electronically stores and manages an organization’s records by providing a means for personnel to quickly find, retrieve, and share documents in a networked environment.
