This Regulation S Policy addresses how a bank, credit union, or other type of financial institution adheres to Regulation S – “Reimbursement for Providing Financial Records”. In general, this subpart of Regulation S establishes the rates and conditions for reimbursement of reasonably necessary costs directly incurred by a financial institution in assembling or providing customer financial records to a government authority.
